We were welcomed by a smell of sewerage outside the front door Flies everywhere, dirty towels, bugs. There was literally a slug sliming it way round the kitchen counter Spiders and their web habitat The sink leaks underneath You have to turn on the tap from the outside of the bathroom by a switch

Location was ideal and size of property was good.

Wish I read other reviews before I booked. Spiders webs and bugs/flies everywhere. Crumbs all over the couch. The kitchen sink/toilet area was clean but that was it. The rooms were stinking. Beds/pillows were extremely uncomfortable my neck is still sore almost a week later from lying in it for 2 nights. The entrance area is unsafe with large tubing coming out of the ground meaning you can’t go past with pram or wheelchair which was a nuisance for my elderly father. The bathroom sink wasnt plumbed in properly and every time the tap was on the water came out all over the floor and behind the sink had damp. The back door area is a joke. Large bit of concrete put down for use as a step, pipe leaking water everywhere. There’s no lamps just big lights so at night you had to have those on. No place to eat food just a small glass coffee table which wasn’t ideal for my toddler as I had to keep her away from it. A real shame as with some tlc this property could be lovely but as it stands, it is awful.

The property on first entering the property you think this place is lovely… a car parking space is great, but all around very run down. Rubbish/ skips and the fact the car park anyone can gain access to makes you feel quite unsafe.

As you start looking round it’s the smell that hits your first, damp, mouldy. And all the flies and wood lice. Flies mainly in the bath room and wood lice everywhere- in every room. The outside of the property is very run down, rubbish, glass, weeds, and the front of the property very unsafe with children and others with mobility issues… the use of slates all around the front is the reason for this. I had two children with me, one who is only one… I had to follow him everywhere he went in case he picked up the woodlice.. I had to clean the floors and the bathroom before my children went into the rooms.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your stay

There wasn't 1 thing we didn't like with this property I could live her comfortably it's beautiful

Location was really close to south pier and the swimming pool we were visiting for the weekend for my son to compete in Blackpool rocks gala

The smell of drains in the entrance and then mould/damp in our ground floor apartment, along the finishing touches… such a shame as you can see lots of money and hard work has gone into the property but the black mould in the windows and finishing touches in the bathroom/kitchen were poor, there was a lot of cobwebs which made me feel it hadn’t had a good clean from guest to guest.

Nothing at all.

It has bugs all over the floor, broken bed, horrible smell when you opened the first door before your apartment, mould on the walls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The owner refuses to refund me, but they were sent the pictures of how poor the property was.

Location was brilliant, sizes of rooms, fixtures and fittings and car parking.

The front of the property needs improving as slate pieces are not great when walking on with mobility issues also a large amount of blue piping is a hazard too. Signs in places of damp and a weird smell like sewage occasionally.

Close to attractions Plenty of room Parking option was good

The place had a foul smell similar to sewerage Strong smell of urine in room with bunk beds meant we could not use bunk beds Lots of broken glass and an unsafe step at rear door.
