Modern, clean everything you needed in the kitchen.

The lodge was immaculate - very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The bi-fold door was a real asset, particularly because the weather was very kind to us so we were able to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. Shaun and the team are very helpful and welcoming, keen to make sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The village of Hurstpierpoint is lovely and has everything you need; supermarket, bakeries, post office, great fish and chip shop etc.

Immaculately presented modern interior. Plenty of pots and pans and equipment for cooking. Excellent spacious shower room. Nice to have a patio area with table and chairs to sit out. Beds were super comfortable and sheets and towels high quality. Very convenient location within walking distance to amenities but with a countryside outlook. Shaun and Sue are lovely hosts who really care about giving their guests a good holiday experience.

A beautiful peaceful location, central to get to many areas. The lodge is excellent, everything you need for a comfortable stay as well as spotlessly clean and comfortable. Shaun was so helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after.

We came here to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed and we could not have stayed in a better house, close enough to Chichester. Shaun welcomed us exceptionally, providing us with bread, milk, butter and cereals. The house was very tidy, the rooms were spacious and there was a lot of natural light coming in. Also, the climate at the house was surprisingly isolated despite the size of the windows! We'll come back.

It is very personal, but the temperature controls in the house were a bit complicated and unintuitive. But that's the only drawback I can find so far. The rest has been great.

The accomodation was immaculately clean and was very spacious which was very good as my husband was in a wheelchair, A lot of thought and consideration was given to us by Shaun to make sure we had everything we needed which we really appreciated.Thank u again Shaun! Without any hesitation we would book again.
