Please note parking is provided for one car per booking, unless previously agreed with the property, additional cars are charged at £5 per night per car. Please note our 'Pet Friendly' lodge offers 10 GBP per pet/night. Any guests with mobility problems will have access to the purpose built disabled bathroom, which has a shower with grab rails and a seat, low toilet with grab rails and a basin. There is an emergency contact cord with both light and audio warning. Each guest will be given an access key so privacy will not be an issue. This facility is about ten yards away from the lodges.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Our time here was lovely, the service and hospitality where amazing, and the lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The only thing that we would have loved to see are some type of courtains along the big windows of the living space. There were room dividers instead wich did help with privacy but didn''t keep the heat out. Other then that perfect

Sean welcomed us on arrival, gave us lots of information about the local village and surrounding area, took us to our lodge and explained where everything was, etc. He couldn't have been more helpful. The lodge was immaculately clean, extremely well furnished and equipped, and very comfortable.

Lovely location within walking distance of hurstpierpoint, nice setting, very modern, roomy, smart, organised and clean property with all the facilities required. Shaun gave the most friendliest welcome and most comprehensive property induction I have ever had! The wifi was superb!

Could do with some blinds or curtains on the main windows/doors for evening.

Amazing place, 8 miles from Brighton. Owners fantastic. 1.5 miles from railway station with a 10 minute ride to Brighton. Would highly recommend, excellent place to stay.
