The apartment is in a nonsmoking house. The owners ask that guests respect the apartment and their need for peace and quiet, as they live above. Guests need to take the door key with them at all times as the entrance door to the building is locked at 10.30pm and when the property is empty. If an early or late check-in is required, please request this in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
