Chester City Centre apartments with parking

The property was very spacious and clean. The facilities were excellent, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. There were 2 smart TV which were great and it was lovely and warm too. It was very close to the city Center and great having a car park right outside.

There was a very loud group in the flat above us on the first night we were there. I didn’t think the flat was adequately sound proofed as they did keep us awake. They left on Friday so the 2nd night was much more peaceful.

Good location and good parking. Not the easiest to find but we’ve stopped before so this time knew our way. Area outside flats well lit. Very near the centre. Flat nice and light. Customer service very responsive and helpful. Initial issue with being asked to pay (again) before getting the code on the morning of our stay was resolved quickly once I provide proof payment has been taken immediately following booking. TV channels excellent. Weather was rubbish so we stayed in more than planned so this was appreciated.

Sofa bed mattress was disgusting. Covered in stains including blood. No linen for the sofa bed. Having since read the reviews this is a common problem. Customer services were helpful and I suggested they make it clearer that you need to request this. First night my sister slept on the floor with coats over her to keep warm. CS said they’d get housekeeping to make up for the next day but they wouldn’t come out. CS were very helpful and talked me through where to find bedding in the entrance. We had checked and only found bags of dirty bedding. But they checked with housekeeping and advised there was some clean right at the back. Would have preferred larger sofa for during the day or an extra comfy chair but the kitchen/ lounge is one room so space limited. There was a table with 4 chairs.

It was a very clean and tidy well equipped self-catering accommodation. There was secure car parking included, accessible behind a barrier. The property is located only a two minute walk to the town, city wall, or the canal. Wifi available

Our apartment was on the second floor landing, so it is only suitable if stairs present no problem. Booking.com did mix up our access codes, but this was easily resolved with a phone call to the agent.

The location is fantastic, a few min walk into the centre, initially a little tricky to find the apartment number but very nice and quiet & a good size for a two adults & 2 children.

Sadly the previous guests must have smoked heavily in the apartment, the smell was overwhelming , the sheets were clean but the actual duvet & pillows smelt so strongly. I was disappointed that the host didn’t take the opportunity to change the bedding which would have made the stay more comfortable. We were also missing towels & the last guests dirty towels & bedding was left in the wardrobe. As none smokers it did put a dampener on the break, the break cost over £400 for 2 nights & we did expect to it to be clean & comfortable.
