Location was great.

Could not sleep with window open. As we were on the ground floor.

Difficult to find in the dark and we weren't aware which apartment was ours once in the building..put security number in 2 flats before finding the right one....unless we missed something but can't see an apartment number on any booking details...only number for the block

Apartment was in a perfect location making it so easy to explore Chester.

Barrier was not working on our arrival , under repair . Unfortunately on days we moved our car on our return our parking space that was allocated to our apartment was occupied by another car which we believe belonged to an employee of one of the local companies . This was rather annoying as due to health conditions parking was imperative to our stay .

Location

Very poor quality linen. The pillows were past their best. We actually went out and bought our own pillows and bedding.

Excellent facilities and location. Recommended 100%

Clean well equipped and comfortable

Not a criticism but a little further from railway station than I thought but still a comfortable walk
