Lovely modern apartment in a great location. Comfortable and everything to self cater. Easy safe access. A bonus having a parking space. A 2 minute walk to the town.

Great location and everything we needed in the apartment.

Location and apartment, however expensive

Wrong code given for the door so could not access the property. No code sent to access the car park. Even though I had registered with Booking.com this was not enough for the property agents.

Apartment clean, spacious, close to city centre, Quiet, excellent value for money ,would be more than happy to stay there again very impressed.

Excellent location - an easy walk into the city but in a quiet spot. Beds very comfortable and ideal for a short break. Hosts were very helpful and available to answer queries quickly. Also very accommodating in allowing us to leave the car in parking space for a little while after we had checked out of the apartment which meant we could spend the morning in the city rather than dashing home.

Slightly tricky to find initially- the entrance to parking area is easy to miss! And make sure you get the number of the apartment before you go. There are three. The key system is a bit unusual if you’ve not come across it before but once sussed is easy enough.

Two bedrooms and location.

Wish the beds were more comfortable and there was a tv in the second bedroom.

The location of the place was great, it was within a walking distance to the town centre and easy to travel by car to Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks Outlet. Inside of the property was also great, there was dish washer and washing machine with dryer, which was perfect. The other usual amenities are as expected viz. Fridge, TV, Iron etc.

We didn't find the entrance fob in the locker as per the instructions sent and we ended-up phoning the number provided with booking. The person at the other end of the phone was friendly and explained all relevant details. But the quibble was it all could be avoided with correct welcome instructions. The parking space was very tight, particularly for a family car such as ours. The flat was located on the 3rd floor and there was no lift. Something to be mindful of when carrying any heavy luggage. All the furniture inside the flat was great except that there were no wardrobes. We had to keep our clothes on a coat peg or leave them on chairs for that reason!

Accommodation was in Chester and was 9 Hunters walk, Chester City Centre apartments with parking. When making this booking I booked for 5 adult and booked a 2 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in living room. I contacted the accommodation on arrival to advise I was not happy with the apparent as the sofa bed was in fact located in the kitchen. And this was not the description on the booking. They advised they upload picture of the apartment on booking.com but after double checking confirmed there are not actual pictures of hunters walk 9 on booking.com so you can only go off the description which “sofa bed in living room” is not “sofa bed in kitchen”. I also advised that there was a horrible smell coming from the fridge which smelt like something at gone off, and you could not sleep in that environment it was unhygienic and rather disgusting. They told me someone would come out to clean the fridge but any other issues I would have to discuss with booking.com directly. I spent a long time trying to get through to someone but did manage to discuss the issues with someone and was not happy when the advisor came back to me after speaking to the apartment to advise the apartment sleeps 4 but the sofa bed is put in there. In the occasion there are additional guests. I advised This is not how the apartment is advertised and upon booking I confirmed it was for 5 adults, we paid for 5 adults so someone should not be made to sleep in a kitchen, they should not advertise it as accommodation for 5 in that case, it’s should only be advertised as accommodation for up to 4. The adviser she she would speak to management but I have not heard anything from them since and this was on Friday evening. Since then however, I was at a wedding on Saturday, which is why we had travelled to Chester. To be advised the road leading from the car park was going to be closed between 7:30am-11:00am due to the Chester Marathon.
