No instructions for ovens hence did not use them.

Ease of getting into the property was good. Location was excellent and property done up very well.

The deposit was high I thought.

The beds were comfortable which is one thing.

Where do I start this property is no way a 5 star stay do your self a favour and avoid at all costs. Water coming into the property and no one came to fix it broken items vapes from previous guests left. Make sure you do go around within the first two hours taking photos and videos of this property as lots of flaws. Was not a pleasant stay at all. Cut short the stay by a day as the water leak wasn’t getting seen to and it was near plug sockets.

The location was great.

1-The hot tub did not work properly 2- The window in the bedroom had a crack running straight across and was held together with glue 3- The bedroom wardrobe only had 1 handle, and the other was missing 4-The other bedroom had no wardrobe, and the space which was down some steps was used as a holding place for stuff, when it would have been better used as a dressing room with a wardrobe in it 5- No hairdryer in our room, had to ask the cleaner who got one from another apartment. When we arrived, we noticed that all 4 apartments were up for sale, and it was felt by us all that reflected on the lack of detail as we booked the apartments as 'LUXURY'. Overall disappointed. However, the staff we had dealings with were very good and professional in their manner.

This was a return visit to the property, which we had previously booked (all 4 apartments) in August 2024. It is a very special place to us!
