Apartments No. 19

Location.

We had a one bed apt No. 19 not the nicest outdoor area lots of rubbish lying. we had centipedes on all the floor areas which was coming in through the front door as the seal was burst. This apt needs some TLC.

It is well equipped and clean ! good location! bed’s really comfy!

The entrance was shocking! Door was really hard to open! No mattress protectors on the beds and very dull and dark in the lounge/kitchen! No outlook !

The fact it was near the hotel

More spacious seething area for a group

nice cosy

bath taps where shaking about ready to brake and bath plug was broke had to lift it up with knive to drain bath

We stayed in the one bedroom unit for four nights which suited our needs, very comfortable. Had a number of meals in the restaurant which were good with large portions. Staff worked hard over a busy Easter period and provided good service in the restaurant.

No housekeeping provided at all over our 4 night stay, not even an enquiry if we needed rubbish removed, fresh towels etc. We maintained room well but expected more for what we paid. Washing machine was much appreciated, would be helpful to include a clothes dryer.

The location was fantastic with easy access to apartment 19 the Solway as there was parking directly outside. Couldn’t fault it as was travelling with my disabled father. The apartment was spacious and all on one level

Apartment was OK, needs some upgrading. Hotel was lovely and in good situation.

The room as you enter was still empty and last time we visited appeared to be getting renovated but was still like this over a year later. Freestanding kitchen bin didn't close on last visit and again was still like this. Bedroom carpet still had burned iron mark on it, carpets felt grubby. Apartment felt like it needed some updating.

The location was tranquil

The staff looked down at you,the outside of the apt was littered,only one window opened properly and that was blocked by unused kitchen units
