no mirror in bathroom. No hooks on door in bathroom.

it was a perfect place in a stunning location

Location - weather was a bonus

Lack of natural light in the apartment

Location is very scenic , we had an evening meal in the hotel and I can say without fear of contradiction , that it is the best cooked steak I have probably ever eaten , the meal was fabulous .

No toiletries , soap , shampoo , not even toilet roll . Kitchen staff smoking outside our bedroom window and having loud conversations late into the evening

The bath shower wasn’t suitable for disabled elderly client.

It was convenient to have the hotel and restaurant just around the corner with very friendly staff and good food. Beds comfortable

The location was very disappointing, at the back of the hotel. To get to the hotel and appartment a walk up a steep hill, unsuitable for elderly/disabled. Entrance through an undecorated empty room. One lounge/dining room, a kitchen, four double bedrooms, only one ensuite, the other three bedrooms sharing one bathroom. Only one room had to a degree a sea view, otherwise looking at walls or a small carpark. Various things lacking in the appartment, e.g. only a very small towel rail for towels to dry in bathroom, nowhere to hang wet clothes, no dish cloth, tissues etc in kitchen or bathroom. One bedroom door would not shut, the lock on the bathroom door broken, no bedside tables, the information folder lacking manuals for appliances, the deep freeze desperately needing defreezing.
