Great location. Spacious. Had some breakfast cereal and pre-made bread rolls. Decently quiet at night.

The pictures give the impression of a luxurious apartment. That is very far from the reality. Seen up close, the furniture and surfaces of the apartment are very worn. It’s almost as if the photos were taken a few years ago. It’s missing some key items like bathmat and washcloth/flannel. Overall, it felt a bit uncomfortable and sterile. This is basically a motel room with a full kitchen and living room.

Beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. Location is great. Nice bedroom & kitchen. Really nice of the owners that they provided breakfast!

Terrible couch. There should be a warning on Booking about the £150 deposit…

Coffee and croissants were provided, along with cereals and milk. The apartment is clean and well located to walk into town.

The wifi code is written on a wipeable board. Some of the digits were unreadable, so it took many attempts to guess the code. I contacted the seller and they didn't reply. The coffee machine has no instructions. The design - out of the box - has a blacked out power button, which is hard to find. Perhaps placing some instructions next to, or highlighting the power button would ease the process.

Excellent quality facilities, with a great kitchen and bathroom all of which was very clean. Walking distance to town centre. Host was also easily contactable on text and responded in good time.

Not a huge concern but I'd have liked the ability to use the mortice lock on the door rather than rely on the Yale, as a single male this wasn't an issue but if I traveled with my wife I'd have to have requested the additional lock key. On street parking was free at night but not guaranteed to be visible from property due to limited availability.

Great area, super central. Flat was absolutely amazing for the money, clean and comfortable! Great size for 4 people to stay!

The sofa bed was comfy enough, when it was pushed back in to a sofa though the cushions kept falling out. Would recommend a new sofa that’s a big comfier.
