The apartment was nice Kitchen , toilet ip to date Nice breakfast available

We didn’t see any fire alarms or carbon monoxide sectors This was concerning

I cleaned that apartment at my best, hooverd as dog hairs was every where, to be honest the manager was very rude and using an excuse to hold my deposit and won’t let me have it back don’t want this to happen to any other guest however when I arrived the washer was broken had to come collect my washing and after that still won’t let me have my deposit greedyness if you ask me going to take this further 100%

The apartment as a whole, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Nice and quiet area of Aberdeen. I loved the fact of just simple things left by the hosts. Coffee, milk, biscuits ect. This isn't necessary but just gives that homely and cared for feeling while in the property. 15 minute walk to union Street for shops and bars ect or a 5 minute taxi.

The bathroom had no lock, while this isn't a big issue just one of those things. My only issue with this booking was the £150 temporary holding fee for a credit card. Now I completely understand as the apartment is a high standard. I feel this was not made clear on booking only after the fact. I just feel that some some people may not have that funds available for a hold of that value. We will be booking this apartment again if it is available. Thank you very much.

The property was very clean and tidy as expected and the location is nearby to the city center as people can walk around the city centre in the evenings. Everything is working well in the property and nice quiet location to stay.

The bathroom door and bedroom door do not have locks, it's quite uncomfortable when you are traveling and staying with friends at the property. It's like anyone can get in...if only the couple is staying at the property then there will be no issues. However, when staying with friends, Girls, and boys may feel uncomfortable due to unlock doors of the bathroom and bedroom. I would like to recommend the owner for installing door locks or else do not enlist property to the group of friends.

Good location Smooth and easy check-in Good spacious flat, clean and nicely furnished

Some furnishings abit worn eg frayed blinds and the bathroom towel rail hanging loose from wall. A fair bit of traffic noise through the glazed windows from the street. The bed was too small especially for 2 people average height 5ft10in. Feet were hanging off the end. 😄 Apart from that everything else was good 👍

Great location, well equipped, very clean and cosy. Amenities such as snacks and drinks were provided, which was great. Quite helpful after a long journey and not enough time for eating out or going to the supermarket.

No complaints, really. I just wish check-in and check-out times were a bit more flexible, but it is understandable as they need to have enough time to properly clean the place for potential next guests.
