The entrance and stairs could do with some TLC

Wrong keys in the lockbox, 40 minute wait to get in.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable . Heating to hot, tried to turn down but didn’t work Microwave didn’t work

Good sized flat with a well equipped kitchen, great location with Cult of Coffee downstairs and an easy quick walk into central Aberdeen. Very good value for money and a happy few days stay.

It was a little noisy from the road especially in the mornings.

clean and spacious, good location and free parking that owner provided, good facilities for cooking

fireplace was not working and it wasn’t explained before booking (it’s in the photos so natural assumption is that it can be used)

The early wake up 5-25am from the bin men & their truck from the main road it was very noisy not used to it woke us up.The huge windows were all shut. My young daughter was competing early in a local tennis tournament and needed a good night's rest. Positives -it's a beautiful place to stay in, it's lovely and warm clean and spacious well equipped all to make you feel welcome. Thank you.
