It was available during a busy period.

Extortionate price during oil and gas week. I understand this is to be expected but even at usual rate would be overpriced.

The flat is spacious, clean, modern and generally well equipped. The lounge is comfortable and I slept well in the bedroom. The location is handy for Union Street and quiet. The heating worked fine and the shower supplied hot water. The linen was good quality.

Shortly before arriving at the property I was told I would have to supply £150 damage deposit in order to obtain access. This took me by surprise and I was unsettled. There was no warning of this requirement in the booking and I have not had to provide this deposit in my other bookings. Despite the large kitchen there is no microwave.

A spacious property.

It was impossible to use the oven as the temperature control knob was missing. Use of the microwave and hob required ploughing through lengthy manuals. In addition, no suitable containers were provided for use in the microwave. Chairs were stained and furniture had seen better days.

Lots of positives to this property! Location is good and, quite close to centre, very quiet flat, bed was very comfortable, flat was clean, decor was really nice and modern (showing some wear and tear). Welcoming touches - teas, coffees, milk/juice in the fridge, cereal, breakfast croissants. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the bathroom. Personally it was a good price, and is a flat I would definately consider to rebook again.

A few cosmetic issues; the flat was a little dusty, and showing some wear and tear. The deposit of £150 upfront, which I wasnt aware of , although was in the terms & conditions on Booking,com. There is quite a few stairs to the flat if anyone had mobility issues

Clean apartment and good facilities

Deposit, we stayed around 40 minutes outside with kids to send the deposit to the agent account, and booling.com not allow to take the money.

Just as described. Good for a short stay. Suitable location. The host was quite helpful and quickly ruled emerging issues. Note: you have to pay a deposit as well.

The kitchen equipment and furniture were a bit shabby.
