Exceptional, everything we could have wanted in a property. A stone's throw from the beach, only a short walk to St Abbs which has stunning views. Very well thought out, loved the extra touches and small gift hamper, wine shortbread and crisps, which went down well with the hubby who was delighted with them. Could not fault a single thing. Luxury feather bedding, crisp white sheets, and all toiletries included. This was the best by a country mile. Well done to James and Victoria for bringing this hidden gem to us.

Everything, I can't fault perfection. The property is just stunning. All communication from James and Victoria was swift and very informative, they are the perfect hosts, and they clearly know this property and the location very well. The email detailing all local attractions and places of interest was fabulous, they thought of everything which made our stay more enjoyable.

Light, calm, so clean, warm and comfortable, stunning views out to sea, hearing the sounds of the sea in the property , underfloor heating kept temperature in the apartment even and cosy, apartment well stocked with everything we needed, stunning scenery and cliff walks near by
