1 The Bay - Stunning contemporary flat on the Scottish coast

Beauriful modern appartment 2 min from a lovely beach. Hosts made sure we had ample information on the surrounding area and left a very nice welcome pack for our arrival. Enjoyed the coastal walk to St Abbs and lunch at Ebbccars . Will book again.

Stylish, comfortable, spacious and well equipped flat. Lots of nice touches provided to make your stay more special. Bonus to have outdoor space and parking. In a great location close to the beach and for touring the local area.

Everything was just as described. Entry was easy and communication with the hosts was simple and easy through the App. The surroundings were delightful and the view was outstanding.

The only moan we had was the toilet paper did not match the quality of everything else.

Superbly equipped flat in a quiet location overlooking Coldingham Bay. Easy access to A1 road to explore the borders country, River Tweed and the coastline from Edinburgh to Alnick all within an hour's drive. Wide range of supermarkets & restaurants in Berwick-upon-Tweed with top ups locally from Eyemouth Coop or Coldingham Spar. Surfing or hiking for the energetic or rock-pooling, crabbing, fishing or just admiring the views for the more leisurely days.

The single track lane from Coldingham village to the beach can get a bit busy in high season but there are passing places.

Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch. Auch ein Rollstuhlfahrer kann sich gut bewegen.

Die Küche war leider nicht sauber. Geschirr und Schränke waren mit Essensresten verschmutzt.

This property is absolutely incredible — even better than the photos! Everything was spotlessly clean, brand new, and perfectly maintained. The design is elegant and tasteful, and the space is simply stunning. It was so comfortable and pleasant that we truly didn’t want to leave. We were also touched by the thoughtful welcome treats that had been left for us. There were games available, toys for our child, and even something for the dogs — every member of the family was considered! The attention to detail and the care for guests is truly exceptional. The location itself is breathtaking, set in a beautifully scenic area with a lovely beach nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are genuinely grateful to the hosts for creating such a warm and beautiful place. You can really feel how much love and effort has gone into it. We would return in a heartbeat!
