1 The Bay - Stunning contemporary flat on the Scottish coast

The apartment was gorgeous, one of the nicest I've stayed in.

The bed in the main bedroom was way too hard. We slept in the second bedroom

Location, views, beach, well equipped great attention to detail and very clean. Dog friendly enclosed garden area.

Leaving, it's always a good sign if you could have stayed for longer you would have without question!

We both loved the flat. The flat had a full kitchen / lounge so we could cook any meal from breakfast to dinner. The lounge area was really nice and had large floor to ceiling window and sliding panel. The two bedrooms were a good size and also had the same large window with sliding door so the views were panoramic. The garden is great for relaxing and looking out over Coldingham Bay. The location of the flat is perfect for visiting border towns including Berwick-upon- Tweed. Having private parking is a great advantage This flat is one of the best holiday accommodation we have have been in.

There was nothing about the flat we did not like. The only observation we had was the cooker hood was of a height that we both hit our head when cooking on the the hob. We also thought where would a visitor park their car.

Such an impressive apartment from the moment you arrive. Everything is impeccable from the enclosed garden to the interior. The best quality everything. Glass walls open every room to the garden and you can see the sea. It makes you comfortable and relaxed. It is also located a couple of minutes away from a special beach. We took the dogs on twice a day because it’s so close. An experience we’ll never forget. Communication from the owners is fantastic; even including a welcome pack. Hopefully we’ll be back.

One insignificant oversight. I asked for bed two as a double but it was singles. Not a big deal.

Location was great. Lovely modern apartment with plenty facilities and the owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. Communication and instructions were spot on. We’ll be back!
