Increfible dog happy place where you feel like a film star. Perfect for walking to the beach with a paddleboard.

The only thing was the extractor above the cooker hob was way too low and almost took my eye out.

Stunning accommodation with everything and more than you need. Great communication from owners. Wonderful location with beautiful coastal walks and the waves crashing all day.

Fantastic modern, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, pet friendly apartment with great outdoor space and private parking. Short walk to lovely beach, and ideal base for exploring the local area. Helpful host who provided excellent welcome information and lots of attention to detail in the apartment.

Modern, clean, calm, easy to be in, had everything we needed plus close to the beach.

Perfectly situated about a minute from Coldingham Bay, this apartment was absolutely brilliant. The boys did the 'sink' test on the beds and they passed with flying colours (their comfort rating) and the main bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. Mabel (the dog) loved chilling in the garden bit in front of the house as we somehow managed to manifest amazing weather for our week. The beach is dog friendly (signs say on leads or well controlled during summer months) and very kid friendly, with very attentive life guards in session, toilets, a beach cafe with lots of delicous food (recommend the quiche) and plenty of waves for body boarding. The bay is like a micro climate, we hardly had any rain despite it being stormy in other parts of the UK, and it felt much warmer than the weather apps. We were happy to have the body boards in the outdoor store to borrow as the boys got bored after an hour so it saved us renting them, and the outdoor hose was great for rinsing off paws and sliders so we didnt traipse loads of sand inside. The welcome pack was very much appreciated, especially the Tunnocks which we hoovered down! There is a local spa stocking basics, a butcher, antiques shop and a lovely coffee shop in the main village, which you can walk to off road - and along the coastal walk to St Abbs there is a another cafe at the harbour, selling all sorts of fresh catch dishes. The garden was completely fenced in, with a gate and the hedges have grown since the photos so we neednt have worried she might have escaped over there, which was great. Theres a little utlity which has everything you might need for a mid week wash (especially if your kids manage to wear the whole weeks clothes within three days) and every utensil you might need. An amazing place to celebrate a special birthday with my family. (21 of course!)

There isnt really a view of the lounge from the ground floor apartment, which we had, so if thats your priority over the front garden bit, then book one of the apartments above. Apart from that, nothing.
