Good facilities in a superb location near seafront, shops and a.enities

Very smelly stand alone toilet/bathroom Creaky bed in ensuite room Those steps from the property are mesmirising. Had to be v cateful as an over 70 group not to mis the step.

No clean kettle

Within easy walking distance of sea front, shops and attractions. Apartment was clean, quite spacious and in a quiet area.

Bed was not really comfortable as it was really low and squeaked every time you moved. Bedroom door hit the en-suite door quite forcefully if not careful opening, needs some protection on handle to stop damaging en-suite door.

The location.

The thin walls. You could clearly hear other guests going up and down stairs. The futon being in a small loft space. the shower door not closing properly. The sink plug in bathroom not working.

Excellent location to the town and walks on the promenade. Very well equipped and very clean.

For four adults to sit comfortably on an evening was difficult as the 2 chairs were quite small. Could do with the seating in the lounge to be more comfortable.
