The balcony door didn't open as the keys were wrong

The location was perfect, right next to the walking bridge with easy access to friar's walk(5 mins away) and the bus station. Nice walk way all around. Comfortable stay. The hosts took care of the minor requests promptly

Getting up 3 floors without an elevator with the luggage in hand. The property is best suited if you are not packing too much luggage. Not suitable for seniors or people traveling heavy.

If you need to speak to the owners, or request an invoice you will get absolutely nothing back from them at all. I would not deal with these ever again.

Flat floor was not cleaned, complained on shower cubical water clog nothing was done, wifi doesn't work even complained nothing given same password nothing was done, back door broken hard to open and close, and this emergency service number and voice mail also don't work.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location, easy parking, very comfortable and relaxing. Cannot fault it and will return for sure.

I cannot fault a thing

Great location, very central and easy to access. Really nice to be by the river.

Comms with the host were sparse. We didn't have any emergencies, but I tried multiple times to speak to them on the phone and never got an answer.
