The comfy beds n balcony also the room itself was good

The fan extractor hood did not work so cooking was not an easy option

The location was the only good thing about it. Was close to train station

It was filthy to be blunt. Communication was very poor. I’ve tried to contact booking.com about this but my guess is they’re bored of hearing about the stay. The property was not cleaned. Poorly equipped. Such a waste. Has potential if was managed properly, or managed at all.

Apartment key in communal bin building No cleaning products Rough sleeper on stairs one morning Mould in shower corners Shower blocked with long black hair , and shower drain cover needs deep cleaning No bulb in hallway There was dirt under the sofa and crumbs in sofa and bar stools - clearly not cleaned One sheet on mattress - you could see stained mattress underneath ... I slept on top of duvet Stained carpet outside apartment door this can be easily shampooed out

It was nice

But I was locked out for 5-6 hours at check in time the key boxes were damaged

It was clean and comfortable. Thanks :)
