Good location, nice balcony, ideal for getting to Cardiff

Wifi didn't work, contacted the team about it but message got ignored

The property was lovely and spacious. Kitchen facilities were good. 2 bedrooms one with a nice ensuite. Then there's another bathroom. Lovely location, overlooking river onto Newport Town centre.

The communication from the company is poor and slow. Cant get through via phone, even the emails are were slow. Especially when I couldn't find the place because I was give the wrong address. So my check in was delayed by hours.

Location was good

No shaving mirror, but that's minor

Close to the city centre and clean

Ripped sofa in the living room, heating was not adequate considering having a child and was difficult to get into the property as couldn’t gain entrance to where the keys was kept.

The view and the position.

The signal kept breaking up on television. Oven was dirty and the patio chair was broken.

Lovely property.

Minimal equipment in kitchen for use of 4 adults eg no serving bowls, minimal cutlery, no separate chopping board for non meat foods, lack of mattress covers/protectors, broken furniture on balcony, no mirror in en-suite, no towel rails, minimal cleaning materials

The apartment is nicely furnished and spacious.

They was a foul smell of urine on the sofa which needs a deep steam clean. One of the bins wasn’t emptied fully, there was thick dust on the lampshades and the extra bedding in the closet wasn’t clean. There was also no cleaning products provided.

The location.

We had booked for 5 people. One person was to sleep in the lounge. We found a duvet and a pillow in a heap with other items in a cupboard. The duvet and the pillow were not clean.
