"Lovely weekend stay at the apartment and we will be back."

We had a lovely relaxing weekend stay. The apartment was warm, cosy with a galley kitchen, two good sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. Check in was easy after instructions given with key codes. The setting was excellent for walks and cycle routes and beautiful scenery. Cleanliness and decor very good. We would recommend and will be back to stay.

The steps at the entrance could be difficult for someone with mobility issues and there are six steps down to the bathroom which again was fine for us, but could be difficult for others.

"Beautiful house"

Had a few nights here, its a beautiful house thats clearly recently renovated. My girlfriend and myself really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and beautiful location. House has very modern interior and excellent wifi. Would thoroughly recommend. Interior was immaculate and very clean.

Wouldnt have changed a thing.

Amazing setting, well appointed cottage and excellent communication. Very comfortable beds and peaceful setting.

"Accommodation lovely, shame about lack of co-ordination between areas."

Lovely apartment, very clean, most things we needed. Lovely little shop selling craft goods in stable yard, only people we came in contact with during visit.

No host, or reception available to help, felt a bit unsure just letting ourselves into apartment, particularly when we arrived early. Disappointed that castle was closed, open on Friday at 11.00pm, check out 10.00am. Forest walks also closed, no information of where we could walk, so stuck to roads. Cafe, play park and gardens open at 11.00 am and close at 4.00pm, again not good when checkin is after 4.00pm and departure 10.00am.
