No 31 Promenade APARTMENT by the sea

Brilliant location, very clean facilities and spacious.

Location excellent, enjoyed being able to sit on the sea front, nice shower, bright décor, very clean, easy to collect the keys which made our arrival relaxing, walking distance to bars/restaurants (we had a Turkish meal on our first night, highly recommended!) Very quiet at night.

Not a criticism of the host of course but it was unfortunate that there were road works along the promenade at the time of our visit (so between the property and the beach). Had to move the car a couple of times to avoid a parking ticket. I may be wrong (and apologies if this is the case) but don't recall being told that we would have to step over a low stone wall (sea defence?) to get to the steps leading down to the apartment: absolutely manageable for us but maybe difficult for anyone with mobility issues/ or elderly. Couldn't work out how to get standard channel on the TV or how to work the oven or grill, but if we'd chosen to we could have contacted the host - maybe some brief written instructions for the basics would be useful?

Great location. Very clean and spacious. Loved the extra touches like dressing gowns, tea and coffee and milk in fridge.

Quirky furnishings. Exceptionally clean Comfy bed

Climbing over a raised step to get into the basement apartment. Constant noise from extractor fan in the bedroom. On the 2nd day the owner came in the apartment unannounced!!!!....to bring glasses??
