Very clean and tastefully decorated

A small issue… the down arrow on the television remote control doesn’t work

The flat was satisfactory it was very clean . A really lovely selection of teas and coffee and kitchen and its utensils. It is in a brilliant position, very good access to the town and the sea front etc. Free Parking at this time of year was a bonus! It must have been a very cool place to stay this summer. The heating was very effective and heated up the rooms very quickly when we needed a little bit of heat.

I had not realised that it was a basement (I guess that was my omission in my research!) I did not like all the deodorants everywhere in the flat but understand that as a basement you may have had floods in the past, there is likely to be a real problem with mould and there was no smell of mould and the fans were very effective keeping the place dry. So thank you.

I had to go to another building to get the keys. Nobody was there to hand over keys. There was a pile of envelopes on a table with very similar addresses on each. It was not clear at all which was mine. Anybody could have walked into the building and taken the keys; all very insecure. I rang both numbers for the reception and left messages. I got no reply. I rang the next day and also got no reply. The owner/reception have never rung me back. The advert never said that the apartment was in the basement!! Had I known I would not have chosen it.

it is very clean ... very important yo me as i have celiac disease really badly and i worry but it was nice to cone away for once and everything was perfect on arriivsl 😅

the only small thing is there is no dryer or washing machine especially the drying of wet clothes

Flat upstairs rather noisy.

totally sound proof and agreat little outside space leading off the bedroom.Don’t be put off that this is a basement apartment as it’s very spacious and well equipped :)

There were no curtains in the sitting room

Perfect seafront location. Beautifully designed basement apartment.

It was all good. Apart from a little unclear where to get keys.
