No 31 Promenade APARTMENT by the sea

Well wow! The apartment is exactly as described. Lovely decor, stunning sea view. Very well equipped, comfy bed. Very well located.The car parking charges were so cheap, £4.30 for 24hrs (North Road, think!) Lovey late check out till 11am and dropped the keys back easily. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby.

Nothing really.

The location was right on the sea front and within easy walking distance of all the bars, pubs, restaurants and Shops in Aberystwyth. The property is a long basement flat with the living room at the front and the entrance is via a flight of stairs (There is also a low flood barrier at the start of the steps so if you have mobility issues then access could be a problem) Although the living room is at the front of the Property the bedroom is at the back and is away from the Promenade and the noisy Students! so very quiet. However, you can hear foot steps of the occupants of the ground floor but it was quiet in the evening/night of our stay. There is no designated parking with the flat but we found a spot on the sea front and there is a Council Car Park off North Street not too far away.

Nothing really a lovely flat in a great location.

it was so beautiful we loved it was really clean and tidy just all round love place and would 1000% stay again

had issues with service of the tv but not a big issue with the beauty of Aber

Decorated beautifully, really warm and location central. Staff really helpful. Great wifi. Able to work in comfort and cook in the well provisioned kitchen. Enjoyed the wee seating area off the bedroom

At first when i saw the entrance i was concerned but it was actually fun once my 55 year old stiff joints got the hang of it. Was worried about parking but this was no problem either.

The location is wonderful, on the seafront! Milk in the fridge ! Selection of of tea bags fantastic! Warm and cosy. Close the the centre/shops/bars and restaurants ! Bath-robes and slippers! Sadly we didn’t have time to fully enjoys relaxing in the apartment!

The internal fans were running all night in the basement flat! Sad couldn’t see the sea, but basement flat well lit. I didn’t like the fact we were there for only one evening!

very clean, good location, comfortable apart from sofa which was too low, quiet in bedroom. Kitchen well equipped with milk , tea, coffee supplies ( no dishwasher). very good WiFi.

Basement location but fine for our stay. no obvious instructions for heaters and cooler but we worked it out. Eating area is breakfast bar, fine for breakfast but no heating in kitchen, not really suitable if you want to eat-in in the evening.

Comfortable and clean with good fixtures

Low humming noise from extractors? throughout the night . Stairs going down are quite dangerous and would benefit from edging in a light colour to emphasise edges of steps which varied in tread depth and final step is loose
