"Ideal - peace and quiet and birdsong."

Beautiful location - just a short walk to Soar Mill Cove and the South West Coastal Path and a few minutes by car to small villages, pubs, shops and fantastic beaches. Driftwood Lodge is really comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Nice touches are the good size fluffy towels, and the generous welcome basket which included a bottle of delicious wine. Communications from owner, Hayley, were welcoming with clear travel instructions and contact details. We didn't need to contact Hayley though, as there was everything we could possibly need to hand. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

"Cosy lodge a short distance from salcombe"

It was an absolutely perfect base for us whilst we explored the area. Equipped with everything needed for a self catered holiday, it was cosy and warm despite the lovely autumnal weather. The beds are really comfy, there’s plenty of space in the living area and everything was so clean. Loved that the TV had plenty of options and there were so many board games and books too. Loads of walks are right on the doorstep and beautiful beaches just a matter of minutes in the car. A lovely guide to the area, welcome pack and messages from the host ensured we were more than set for a great break and we will be sure to visit again!

Beautiful lodge, very comfortable, large decking area perfect for the weather we had. A lit of thought into providing items for people staying. such as Dog treats, utilities, doggy toy box, welcome pack, fan, games, books etc
