Excellent location, only a short walk to all the attractions. The apartment is beautifully presented, warm and comfortable. Good shower, fluffy towels. Two TVs !

A very minor point - the bathroom being on a different floor from the bedroom.

Not having to use the car. 20 minute walk to most tourist attractions.

Everything,so homely and comfy

Nothing everything was great,but would suggest putting a light up so you can see steps leading upto the terrace of a night.

Location was great and included free on street parking. We were able to walk every where around York from the property and did not need the car at all. As the reason for coming to York was to explore the city, we spent most of the time walking around and not in the property. However, when we came back at night the place was very comfortable, contained everything we needed and everything worked - the exception was the living room TV, which we had difficulty with. However as the bedroom TV met our needs this was not an issue.

To be honest, we disliked nothing. If we stayed longer than the 4 days we were there the size may have become and issue - it is quite small - but we could probably have stayed for 2 weeks or so without feeling too cramped. One thing that could be considered a niggle - there were insufficient clothes hangers for the capacious wardrobe - but this is an issue with almost every place we have stayed in.

Very clean, had all the facilities we needed, easy check in with good location to the city centre.

Nothing really

Location was good, approx 12 minute walk to town. The terrace on the roof was perfect for getting washing dry

Only one toilet and it is downstairs in the kitchen/living room area. The bedroom and shower are upstairs so you have to trek downstairs in the middle of the night to use the loo. We initially struggled with the shower, we put it on economy which fluctuated between being too hot or too cold. After selecting HIGH only, it was fine. Door locks challenging until you work them out. Street only parking available which is limited but once a spot became available outside our apartment we grabbed it and left our car parked there for most of our stay and walked into town which was great. Not the most celubrious of suburbs, council housing and student housing nearby but was okay and on the whole quiet with only occasional loud people
