The terrace

Excellent place, had everything we wanted, great communications, spotlessly clean and tidy. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Cannot fault anything, it was just perfect.

Lovely property, nice and clean and comfortable. Good supply of tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits and toiletries. Nice roof terrace but it wasn't the weather to use it for our stay! One Stop shop literally 1 minute walk away. Managed to park outside. Stan was very helpful in all communication, and also allowed us a late check out

It was quite noisy on the Saturday night with parties going on in the street around. That was not the fault of the property though just one of those things.

Wifi signal wasn’t very good.

Lovely little apartment, especially liked the rooftop terrace I bet it's great in the summer. Lots of useful things like oven, microwave, toaster in case you want to stay in and make something. The host included a few essentials in the fridge and shower gel, conditioner, shampoo and hand wash as well which was a nice touch.

Some people could find an issue with the toilet being downstairs instead of upstairs where the bedroom is but for us this wasn't a problem.

A lovely accommodation 10/15 walk away from all our needs. The bed was so comfy and the little extras biscuits, bottled water etc were a bonus :D Stan was amazing to communicate with. Thankyou

Very week reception signal with tv not sure if it's a common issue in york am sure the owner has no control over this issue just a bit annoying but it did get slightly better as the winds died slightly .apart from that nothing not to like we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to others thankyou the price was also value for money

Location was perfect for our trip, the space worked really well and the bed was super comfortable
