"Excellent base for experiencing Edinburgh with a luxury feel to the apartment."

Location was very central, close to all attractions. The gated parking space at back of property was a bonus. We made use of washing machine and dryer. Loved the original fireplaces and wooden floors. Shower was lovely, powerful and hot. Trendy feel to flat.

The mattress in the second bedroom was a little uncomfortable we could feel the springs. Property manager was great and attentive to our needs and provided some toppers asap. (Although I would recommend memory foam toppers for that luxury comfort).

"Lovely accommodation"

Spacious and clean with a smart TV. A comfortable stay close to our tourist adventures where everything is accessible by walking, we were surprised to find sainsbury 3mins away. Parking was easy to find, the property manager was very accommodating and communication was A+

Occasional noise disturbances from street and stairwell (at night) but not within the accommodation's control, it was also the weekend.

It was very spacious throughout, immaculately clean, lovely decor. The beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities were very good, everything you would need for a great stay and lived the porridge oats! When you arrive the front door is off putting but believe me the appartment is fabulous and I would definitely stay again

It was all very good, not your fault but lighting in the staircase leading up to the apartment could be better but this accommodation is extremely good!

"The apartment was very good, the first impression of the hallway and stairs was very worrying."

We were informed the day before we traveled that we would be on the 2nd floor and there wasn’t a lift. The 4 of us were in our 70’s and found it difficult taking our cases upstairs. The TV didn’t have an aerial so no live TV, only apps and it was difficult to find something to watch.

Very pleasant and comfortable apartment in an excellent location (close to everything, lively but not noisy, safe). Good shower, comfy beds and sofa, nice and airy.

Only the very bright light in the kitchen!
