Perfect location, comfortable and welcoming apartment. Well equipped and pleasantly decorated.

The location was perfect in the middle of the centre on short walking distance of all interesting sites and night life. A very nice and big apartment, with all facilities available, including proper working wifi. A very nice kitchen we didn't use because had breakfast at the neighboring cafe. Supermarket 2 houses away. Nothing to complain

The only thing one could complain about was the fact that is opposite a club and that there is a lot of noise during the night from (drunken) visitors leaving the club.

Central, self catering, spacious, price value matched, easy communication with owner, Toni is very helpful! I'd stay here again, if I return to Edinburgh

Noisy at night time in the front bedroom. Quite expensive but having seen the quality of the accommodation, I now understand why

Maybe a dimmer switch in the kitchen would be good.

The apartment is superbly decorated.

I announced to the host that I was coming with a 2-year-old baby. The apartment was not heated, the temperature when we entered the apartment was 17 degrees, we froze. In the bedroom next to the bathroom, the radiator does not work, we could not use that room at all. So paid very well and unused. The outside temperature during our stay in Edinburgh was 2 degrees. On the second day of our stay in the apartment, the host turned off the heating so we couldn't turn it on anymore. We were freezing all night and were terribly cold. We all caught colds and flu.
