Coastal Home with Parking, Fast WiFi & Near Beach

Nice and tidy space. Easy to find and to get to beach and Falmouth centre

In need of repair. The counter in the kitchen and the rail in the bathroom. Plus some stains on blind. Toilet brush was covered in toilet tissue which made me gag.

- Filthy microwave. - Very poor sound proofing as it’s a house divided into several flats. You could actually follow the back neighbours’ conversation (« we are going through a lot of bread at the moment » -) - Only two big towels for a party of three people (but plenty of small towels). Didn’t want to ask for another big towel as we were only staying for two nights. - Hairdryer not working. We didn’t use any other appliances (not even the kettle!) so cannot comment on those).

Second stay in this property. Really clean and tidy. Good value for the price.

Nothing to dislike about this place

Well hidden, calm location yet close to everything. We were here for a Uni open day and it was easy to walk to campus, city centre, beach/ harbour etc so gave us a good overview. Parking on site was very useful to have.

We were a party of 4 but there were only 2 chairs at dining table, we had to use the coffee table as a bench for meals... Also only 2 forks, luckily I had some picnic gear in the car. Plates ok although one looked like it's about to split in half. There were dozens of towels which is not a complaint, but we would have preferred less towels and more utensils/ dining chairs. For a short stay it was fine and we made it work but I would say don't advertise the place for 4 people if basics are only for 2.

Could hear the people in the adjoining property. Cups and some utensils were dirty and had to be washed before use.

The property was quite cold on arrival. After we contacted you, we were informed that the heating system is programmed to come on 3–4 times a day and that a heater is available in the room. Unfortunately, the heater was not sufficient for the whole property, and the heating intervals were too far apart, which resulted in a cold and uncomfortable night. Additionally, the curtain in the TV room was quite dirty. However, the rest of the property was in a generally fair and acceptable condition.
