The bed and kitchenette were very good

Flat 1A has an ‘ensuite bathroom’ but we were not told it is across a shared corridor and not within the room itself. Deceptive and not what I call an ensuite. Lovely kitchen equipment but no suitable place for two to eat at.

The apartment was like a little home from home, clean and comfortable , lovely and bright and the price was great, there were nice, thoughtful little touches too, like two small boxes of cereal 😊.

The entry code thing where you had to turn the numbers to get your key, reminded me of the code system on luggage locks, I found that even when I had twisted them to the right code I still had difficulty opening the box.

The lady that met us was most helpful. I liked the coffee and tea facilities. The tv had good reception. The room had some space. The bath was good.

The stairway was very narrow and steep. The skylight had no blind, we were woken at 5am by the light streaming in. This was the 2nd option. The first room was downstairs but the bathroom wasn't ensuite it was across the hall and not private. Someone could go in and lock it and we wouldn't be able to get in. Not acceptable.
