Instructions for Contactless Self Check-in: To ensure a seamless check-in experience at our contactless property, please take note of the following information to receive your Access Codes prior to your arrival: 1. Valid Mobile Number: - Please provide a valid mobile number during the booking process. - All communication from the property will be sent to you via WhatsApp or text a few days before your check-in date. 2. Payment: - Any outstanding payment for the rooms will be charged to your payment card before your check-in date. - This ensures a smooth check-in process and allows us to prepare for your stay. 3. Credit Card Authorization: - For your convenience and to cover any incidentals or damages during your stay, we kindly request your credit card details. - A secure link will be provided before your check-in date to safely save your card information. 4. Online Check-in: - As a contactless self-check-in property, please complete the online check-in form once received on WhatsApp or Text with your valid ID card before arrival. - This will expedite the check-in process and enable us to provide you with the necessary access codes. 5. Arrival & Departure Time: - Access codes to your room will be activated at the standard check-in time of the property and deactivated at the standard check-out time. - To assist you better, please inform us in advance of your expected arrival and departure time. 6. Booking Fee: - A booking fee is charged upon confirmation of your reservation. - This fee covers essential services such as 24/7 customer support, advanced technology tools, and guest promotions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
