Estimado equipo de Booking, Me pongo en contacto con ustedes en relación con una reciente estancia en un alojamiento en Liverpool, con el fin de trasladarles varias incidencias que afectaron de forma significativa a nuestra experiencia. En primer lugar, la ubicación del alojamiento, aunque funcional, resultó menos céntrica de lo esperado, ya que requería desplazamientos de más de 20 minutos en autobús para acceder a las principales zonas. La habitación asignada era una buhardilla con techos muy bajos, lo que hacía incómoda la estancia, especialmente para personas de cierta altura. En esta línea, el baño también presentaba dificultades de uso debido a la altura y disposición del espacio, siendo prácticamente imposible ducharse con normalidad. Durante el primer día no dispusimos de agua caliente. Esta incidencia fue comunicada a la propietaria a través de la plataforma y, si bien se solucionó posteriormente, el resto de cuestiones que también trasladamos no recibieron respuesta. En particular, informamos sobre la falta de cortinas en las ventanas, lo que hacía imposible descansar adecuadamente por la entrada de luz desde primeras horas, así como sobre la posibilidad de un cambio de habitación debido a las condiciones de la buhardilla. Sin embargo, no obtuvimos respuesta ni alternativa por parte de la propietaria. Asimismo, tampoco se nos facilitó información sobre el acceso al wifi en ningún momento, ni se repusieron elementos básicos como el papel higiénico durante la estancia. Además, el nivel de ruido era muy elevado, ya que el aislamiento acústico era prácticamente inexistente y se escuchaban de forma constante ruidos provenientes del resto de la vivienda, lo que dificultó considerablemente el descanso. A esto se sumaba el ruido continuo de la nevera. Por otro lado, también observamos algunos aspectos mejorables en el mantenimiento, como el estado del edredón.

Caroline was lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfortable. There was a lovely Turkish shop and restaurant nearby.

There was either a mouse or a rat in the walls as we could hear it. Kitchen is very small. It's ok if you don't want to cook or live on eating out, but I enjoy cooking. There wasn't a lot of cooking utensils. I felt the accommodation was a little over-priced considering other places I have stayed in for less that offered more. The shower kept going hot and cold. Was difficult to keep it at a constant temperature.

It was perfect for a little solo trip, not very far from the city centre, there is a high street with multiple shops nearby.

Nothing I liked it all

The location wasn’t great, but there was a bus stop close to the apartment that takes you directly to the city center. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The area didn’t feel safe at all. There was very loud noise — a party right above our room — and it honestly felt like the ceiling might collapse on us. We contacted the host, but received no response. Also, the “private” bathroom was not private at all. It was located in the hallway outside the room and could be used by anyone, which actually happened. The door and lock were falling apart, so it was impossible to feel comfortable showering, especially since other people were right across. During the night, someone even tried to enter our room and was aggressively pushing the door, which already felt very unstable. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Rollo im Schlafzimmer war defekt, das Bad war deutlich kleiner als auf den Fotos, der Fußboden löst sich auf. Die Tür lässt sich nicht komplett schließen, es bleibt immer einen Spalt an der Seite offen, sehr hellhörig…
