La Jungle Du Swan

The location was perfect, there was a convenience story right below and a takeaway right below aswell which was nice enough food.

It was just a bit hot but we were staying there during a heat wave so that’s to be expected

Location to the center was good nice parking for the cars

Everything was set how it should of been wasn’t much to like

Absolutely nothing.

From the very start the owner was nothing but rude. Sent the deposit through paypal like he said to but no wasn’t good enough. Also made me send £500 through bank transfer so that they had the money quicker. They gave me a door code, which wasn’t working just set alarms off. When I rang the property they were extremely rude over the phone and then sent a youtube link on how to open a door rather than helping. It’s now been a week since we stayed here. We were told the deposit would be returned to us up to a week from check out. The owner has ignored all forms of me contacting them for this money back. I have messaged every day since we left and have had no reply. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROBBING.

It was very central, very clean and perfect for a group of people.

Only downside was , the apartment was absolutely freezing even when the heating was on .
