La Jungle Du Swan

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and perfect for a big group. It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, and is close to Arndale shopping centre.

We liked everything.

All facilities And apartment very nice.

We weren’t aware that it is above a nightclub. Not good when you have children to get to sleep and elderly guests.

Great space for large groups of people. The apartment has everything you need and it's in a great location.

A floor mat for the shower rooms would be helpful.

Great location in the northern quarter. Beds were comfy.

Needs a bit of TLC - my friend cut her foot on a nail sticking out of the stair carpet. Two toilets for 10 women but 4 showers!! We knew about the club next door - but it was loud beyond belief - we didn’t even try going to bed until the music had stopped at 2am.

The property was central.

It was revolting- suspicious stains on the bed, sticky floors, stains on the floor, dirty windows and blinds, shot glasses and bottle caps left from previous party, boiling hot water in toilet downstairs and some sort of animal fur/hair up the stairs. If you want to sleep DO NOT stay here- the noise and vibrations from the bar below were ridiculous and one of the rooms has a door that leads out to the smoking area of the bar. We were a hen group so didn’t have high expectations but this place was beyond disgusting I would not recommend it to anyone!!

The location was great, perfect for what we needed

It lacked toilets for the group size and maybe some extras like bed side plugs/tables.. and the noise from downstairs but we knew about this and was still up anyway

This is a great space for a group of people (we had 10) and is so close to the train station (10 minute walk) and very close to the bars and restaurant. Lots of beds, enough showers and toilets for a group of girls. This was the best customer service I've had when booking accommodation, every question was answered promptly (and we had a lot of them) and we got a call after we'd checked out to post a bank card that was found in the apartment. This company cater to large groups well and we'd book through them again.

The bar down stairs is crazy loud - not much the property can do about that but worth giving people a warning.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for our party of 12. The beds were clean and comfortable and the host was easy to get hold of and had sent us the code we needed for entry on the morning of our stay. The big communal space was large enough for all of us and the showers were hot and clean. No locks on the bathrooms, but we all got used to that pretty quickly.

The hoover didn't work and there could be more cleaning supplies provided. We took our own bin bags and cloths and would've struggled without them. This being said, cleaners did arrive as we were leaving to clean the place, so I guess it isn't strictly necessary, we all just like to do a proper job of tidying up after ourselves. The bar downstairs is noisy, but we knew that before we booked. We actually went downstairs and were going to go to the bar for a drink ourselves, as we could hear the music anyway, but we were told "the manager doesn't like people from upstairs".

Fantastic location and lots of space if you have a large group.
