"A great bolthole to be able to explore Avebury and Stonehenge."

Camilla was a fantastic host, always on hand to help for any queries and very keen to explain the local amenities. She's also very funny without even trying to be - great comic timing. The Bed was very big and comfy. The honeystreet cafe being practically on the doorstep as well as the Barge Inn which we'd heard about from friends.

There was no hob in the kitchen, but on the plus side there is an oven and microwave.

"Fabulous host. Beautiful location."

8.0

Camilla is lovely and a font of local knowledge - an absolutely fabulous host who really cares. A spectacular location in terms of beauty and space. Gorgeous views, garden access and local spaces for food (pub/ cafe/ farm shop literally on the doorstep) and walks .. canal, churches, white horse. Beds with fabulous mattresses ... which is what actually counts ... although I would say this is more a space for a couple to have a weekend away. We were 2 colleague/ friends and you'd want to be close. If you're in the small single bed in the 'living room' watch your knees as you turn over (i hit the wall in the night several times and I'm not overly large) or ask for it to be made up as a double for more comfort. Also the layout is a bit odd (other room has to walk through you and go downstairs to get to the loo at 2am!) The mattress and sheets etc are great quality, the shower is good and the towels are fabulously large and soft. I will likely stay here again - the energy is lovely.

Layout a bit odd if you need more than one room or bed.

"Comfortable stay for a couple."

6.0

Convenient quiet country location for our cycle trip. Nicely furnished and comfortable bed. Helpful and cooperative owners. Excellent cafe nearby and the local pub is highly recommended .

This property has adjoining bedrooms meaning having to pass through an occupied room. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are down a very steep stairway with no handrail. This property would not suit anyone with any form of restricted mobility.

Location lovely, great place to stay for many local attractions.

Being partly disabled the stairs without a hand rail was a challenge and there were was no hand hold in the shower.
