Host & Stay - Princess Place Townhouse

The property was in a perfect location in Whitby, very quiet. There was parking right outside the door. The rooms were all very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was like a home to home. Linen was fresh and spotless. Ease of check-in check-out was fantastic. Couldn't use the back exit due to it being co-owned with the neighbours. Will definitely book again through this company. Host and stay.

Right in the center of Whitby great location minutes walk to the town... Nice little apartment... were looking at coming back for a week over Christmas... although this apartment might be a stretch as there is no oven or hob top to cook on so will need to plan out food a little but 99% of the time we eat out and have a simple breakfast anyway... The neighbours were lovely aswell... we knew the rules of its not a communal garden before hand! There is parking outside but it's first come first serve with another house tbh we didn't want to irritate anyone and it's £6-9 for 24hr parking 5 minutes walk away at the co op near the harbour... there is also a 1hr max stay just on the corner which came in handy for unloading and loading the car

We already knew about the ceiling heights being low I'm 6"3 and tbh it wasn't too much of a hinderance

It was a great location very close to the town centre. Grear for just a couple of nights for a couple who maybe jst want to have a cofee and cerael toast or simiar and be out most of the time, It was very clean adn comfortable

There were no arm chairs or sofa, so we had to sit on the bed to watch the TV. We couldn't connect to the wifi despite the password being available. (this wasn't an issue for us but may have been for someone with very little data,) It was dod friendly, however there is no where suitable close by to let the dog of for a late night wee. The place had an enclosed garden which we weren't allowed to use. So we had to go out onto the street to allow them an early morning wee. This wasn't clear on the infrmation and may be useful for others bringing dogs.

Drawer in bedroom was broken and was some cobwebs on ceiling, being very picky because overall it was outstanding

Bit tricky to find. As tucked away behind a back garden gate. Two number 4s. One a Town House at the front then the studio behind. At first we thought we were double booked. Bit stressful.

The location is prefect for exploring Whitby, just a short walk from the centre. The place is clean and comfortable, just what you need for a weekend away.

it wasn’t clear that there was a townhouse and a studio both with the same number, which back onto each other, it needs a sign to clearly separate the townhouse to the front and the studio only accessible from gate entrance around the back, also it shouldn’t state parking as we was unable to park during our whole stay.

The house was beautiful. Roomy. Perfect location. Nice big kitchen for us to cook in. Enough bathrooms. Roomy bedrooms. Couldn't fault the house or location. Perfect.

I think the only things missing were dishwasher tablets (we didn't see any) and wood to burn on the log burner. It would have been nice to have a small amount of wood provided. We rang up to ask for advice on where was best to get some wood and over two phone calls, both people (although very pleasant) were not from the area so couldn't help. We eventually found some though in the local nearby co-op.
