"Pleasant"

Nice clean cozy accomodation,bed a bit hard but you can't have it all.

Being asked as soon as payment went across that I needed to pay a 250 pound deposit for any damages,or a one off payment of 25 pound to cover damages up to 500 pound, surely insurance would have been in with total cost, having to pay 18 for parking as there was no parking,WiFi not so good.

"great location dog friendly with log burner and comfy beds"

great location. comfy beds. log burner. spacious.

fusty smell not sure if it’s in the carpet due to it being a dog friendly cottage but quite unpleasant and has to buy candles and air fresheners to try and hide it. top landing g bedroom not double glazed so noisy with seagulls in the morning.

"Lovely stay"

Great location, lovely little studio flat with good facilities. Great for a few nights in Whitby.

None of the bins has been emptied when we arrived. Main bin was full as was toilet bin. As had to empty all these ourselves.
