Good central location Very helpful host offering lots of information about the local amenities and good contact throughout

No mention of split level. Kitchen ground floor and remainder (bedroom, living area and bathroom) downstairs with steep stairs. My mother who has mobility issues struggled to move freely throughout the property and had to stay downstairs whilst my father went up and down to the kitchen. This needs to be made more obvious in the description. Also decor a bit outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade.

The property was literally 20 metres from the centre of Bowness. If you wanted somewhere central, this is perfect.

Parking is always a problem in tourist hot spots, Bowness is particularly popular. It did mean that parking was a 7 minute walk away, which was okay.

What a cosy, quirky, perfect little place! The location couldn't be better, literally in the middle of town, but you feel secretly hidden away here, the property, garden and hot tub are very private. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. 10/10 stay.

The location was excellent

Had the bonus of a hot tub however the jets didn’t work unfortunately. And it was the reason I booked this accommodation.

Great location. Nice comfortable bed and kitchen facilities very good. Hot tub was a bonus.

The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops local bars all within walking distance. No parking but with the parking pass I manged to park on the closet public car park 4mins walk away, hottub was a nice touch, even treated myself to some new nails from the lady in nail salon in the same building we was staying in. The bed was super comfy! Thank you

Wasn't much I can complain about really enjoyed my stay will definitely return
