The Court Yard

Amazing stay! The property is beautiful and located in a fantastic spot. It had everything we needed and was exceptionally well-presented. The hot tub was a wonderful extra touch!

Fantastic location, great layout and good communication from the owners.

Great location and yard for the dogs with hot tub was lovely. Very comfortable home.

Only downside was getting parked, not the property owners fault but we couldn't get parked where the free pass that comes with the property worked so had to pay to park elsewhere for 3 days.

It was very central

It is situated below a chinese nail shop, we were woken up by their loud banging footsteps and very loud music blasting early from 730am on a Saturday morning. We came for my partners birthday and I am 33 weeks pregnant. Bed felt damp, it is a downstairs room with no proper window, next to the bathroom with no window, which means no air can be moving freely through the property.

Hosts were amazing from start to finish. They even nipped out while we were en route, to get some birthday banners, balloons, a bottle of gin and some lemonade for our arrival, this was a nice surprise for my partners birthday. They were contactable at all times, property was beautiful, central location, lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. However if you cooked as we did, the kitchen had everything you'd ever need to make your own meals once you've done a food shop, they even had spices, herb rubs and salt and pepper. Bed comfy, shower powerful, and the sofa area was nice to sit and watch a film one evening. Hot tub was a great bonus, as we'd hiked up Scafell Pike, we needed that soak for our aching muscles. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The only suggestion I could make is perhaps a fan in the kitchen, it was very very warm when cooking, window only opens a tiny bit and ventilation in kitchen was minimal. Other than that, everything was spot on.

Only issue is lack of parking but good that permit is provided for nearby car parks

There is a lot of noise that reaches the bedroom from the salon above- can’t really be helped though!

Great location and loved the layout of the apartment. Great to have own garden for our dog and loved the rainfall shower. Owner was in touch to make sure we were happy and if needed anything.

The door locks are a bit annoying having to enter the codes every time you come and go- the code on the exterior door also did not match the instructions which is something that needs to be made clear as we were standing outside for 30 mins trying to get in
