The bunk beds being squeezed in, no extractor fan in bathroom, and the water was slow in kitchen and bathroom.

Nice position in Coltishall.Good well layed out apartment,with more facilities than myself and a friend needed.Ideal for a couple and two children.The area is lovely with lots to see, and do,with good restaurants near or next to the river. Craig goes out of his way to ensure that you enjoy your visit. Very nice place. Thank you Craig.

Nothing not to like really.Parking is tight for larger saloon cars,but there is always somewhere nearby,if required.

Property was spotless, absolutely everything has clearly been thought about in so much detail. Everything you could possibly need was there! Simply outstanding!

Beautiful apartment in a great location with its own parking space. Lots of nice pubs and takeaways nearby and handy for driving to the coast or out into the countryside. The park and ride service into Norwich city centre is excellent and is also only a short drive away.

The property is smaller that the photos show. It’s very well decorated. But not as top notch as it should be for the price. No coffee ,sugar or tea or milk on arrival!

What was in the coffee container was dried up and stuck to the bottom. The curtains didn’t stop the light coming through very early mornings all round. The rooms and shutters full of cobwebs and some spiders, the back yard was over run with mesh of cobwebs, you’d have to clean everything the be able to sit outside! The parking was hard as there was a lot of other cars. We couldn’t fit under the flat, and our car was too long to put it sideways as suggested! Dishwasher had an awful smell! Cups and plates need a deep clean
