Stylish 2 bed apartment next to the Norfolk Broads

Lovely apartment, great location, comfy beds, cosy kitchen and dining area. Would definitely recommend

The dining table is extremely wobbly Car park is included, but when we just arrived a lovely lady came to us and said that we need a permission to park or we will get a fine. We called the landlord and he said that if we get a fine ,he'll pay it himself. Luckily, we only slept in here, and it was a bank holiday time,so we didn't get any fines as ticket men did not work during these hours.

Great flat, great location

So handy for supermarket and take aways. Lovely place to launch our paddle boards, by the pub a short distance away. Super coffee shop in the village. Plenty of eating places nearby. The extension and small patio were a big bonus. Beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and everything you need for a "home from home." Everything seems brand spanking new, lovely.

Could have done with a washing up bowl and a teapot. We were itching to do a bit of gardening. There is a beautiful rose, fuchsia, and even a fig tree with fruit ready for ripening. They were drowned by grass and weeds which would take, perhaps, 20 minutes to clear? and then, what a bunus that would be!

The apartment was extremely clean. The carpets were very good. It was nicely painted. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The lounge was very comfortable with a large window overlooking some pretty houses and a beautiful tree. It was in the centre of Coltishall with easy personal parking. Although the apartment is on the first floor at the front, with a short flight of concrete stairs leading to it , it is on ground level at the back with a small patio and garden furniture. It was nice to be able to sit outside.

There was nothing I did not like. In the kitchen it would have been helpful to have a small oven proof dish , like a Pyrex dish. Although I appreciate it is difficult to supply everything that people may want.
