AVOID!!!! Absolutely Uninhabitable, Avoid at All Costs This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. We arrived to find the apartment freezing cold with no heating and no hot water in the middle of December. A maintenance worker claimed the boiler had been repaired shortly before arrival and told us it would “take time to heat up.” It never did. The apartment remained freezing for the entire stay, and we had no hot water at any point. I was travelling with three children, who were forced to sleep in freezing conditions. We were physically shaking from the cold. Multiple attempts were made to contact the property throughout the evening and night via Booking.com messages and by calling the emergency contact number listed — nine calls, voicemail left, no response. Additional issues included no power to the electric fire or multiple TVs. Wi-Fi did not work either (despite login details being provided), although this was the least of the problems. The property only contacted us after checkout, which was completely useless. Due to the lack of hot water, we were forced to spend £129 the following day just to access shower facilities. I have since become unwell, and my children also fell ill. The stay was booked to celebrate our anniversary, which was completely ruined. The accommodation was simply not fit for habitation, and the communication was disgraceful. The host has since continued to deflect responsibility rather than resolve the issue. Save yourself the stress and do not book this property.

Pictures honestly dont do it justice its so spacious and the beds are really comfy and also the fact you get all instructions to everything before you arrive was great as ive never used an electric cooker before lol and also kid loved the arcade game awesome addition :D plus OMG beds are super comfy! Would highly recommend!!! And would deffo stay again!!

The jets on the bath were very dirty when we tried using it but once it was all flushed out it was good other than the fact it makes the water really cold quickly but you have to wait for the boiler to be able to give hot water for its an eco friendly boiler so that was kinda annoying and with us booking in december the room was cold all the time even with the heating but other than them 2 things was amazing! 😁

The arcade game didn't work, neither did the fire below the tv, the bathroom sink was blocked and when you turned the jets onto the bath, you could smell sewage and also lots of black bits coming out of the jets into the water. The Tv didn't work in one of the bedrooms, and the heating system did not warm the apartment up, it was freezing as we went in December.

Radiator was hanging off the wall in sitting room.. the shower again was hanging off the wall. One couch was broken not sure if it was the couch holding the radiator up or the radiator propping the couch up. Could be doing with a good clean and the bed sheets actually gave me the fear as the smelt disgusting .

None of the TVs worked in the apartment but I think this was due to a power cut the night before

We booked the apartment and there was an issue with the electrics so we were moved into something else temporarily, there was a bit of back on forth with the company but in the end really good people and they did go out their way to rectify things.

The electrics not the hosts fault

The property was excellent. The kids and I really enjoyed the game. It was really cosy like a proper home.

The boiler didn’t create too much hot water.
