Absolutely stunning property. Inside and out. The wall mural on the top floor was magnificent. I went with my two boys and booked it because of the fantastic price the theme was a bonus. Very close to the theme park. We’ll be back.

Not working wifi, heating problem, problem with hot water

The property was stunning modern and elegant. the bath was a highlight aswell as the modern kitchen, exposed brick walls and the whole vibe of the property was amazing - would stay again

The location. It was close to the pleasure beach

Very early checkout. Bed was broken. 2 remotes to control 4 TVs, lots of broken hazards that the kids could have hurt themselves on (broken doors etc). No hot water so couldn’t shower, no wifi. Not clean! very awful drain type smell as soon as you enter the apartment. Very noisy people in apartment upstairs that kept us up all night (no fault of the owners). Only storage in the bedroom was a small rail on the wall, no side tables or dressing tables. We had to keep everything in the suitcase. No tea or coffee facilities had to order my own in when we arrived. Totally not worth £200 for the night. It’s a big apartment which would be good if you were away with 2 other couples and were going out in blackpool for the night and just wanted a place to get your head down together. Also be sure to read the fine print- they wanted an extra £100 security deposit which they said I’d have back within a week. I took videos on my arrival and departure to prove everywhere was left fine as I had a feeling things wouldn’t be straight forward. And I was right- Deposit hasn’t been returned and I’m having to escalate to booking.com. I know this place will come back at me and pick me apart for this review and make me out to be the problem as I can tell that’s the type of people they are from the communication I’ve had so far. I have nothing to gain from leaving a bad review, just total honesty from what could have been a great weekend but wasn’t. I’m not one to usually complain, and I wouldn’t be bothered if we had this type of experience and didn’t pay much. My family live in blackpool and I’ve been coming here for 32 years. I’ve stayed in £25 a night accommodation which was better than this which has now cost me £320 for one night due to them not returning the deposit and the car parking cost on top of that. don’t waste your money!

Nothing.

Freezing cold. Heating only on for two hours and radiators not providing enough heat, barely warm. No hot water. Damages in the bathroom. This apartment should not be sold as a habitable place to stay.

Very trendy and spacious with lovely bedrooms

Couldn’t get the heating to work but did email in the morning and received a quick response explaining why

Good size property. Good location. Facilities were good, had everything you could need.

Nothing we didnt like.

Very spacious, clean lovely apartment. Much bigger than expected everything we needed. Games machine brilliant addition. Problem with hot water someone was there in 15 mins and resolved

Not in the most desirable street and rough back street but no issues
