This property offers self check-in only. In order to complete the self check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Please note early check in are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested at least 1 hour before the early arrival time and are subject to approval by the property. Early check in between 11:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 15 per hour. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 20:00 costs GBP 25 to check in after 20:00. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 23:30 costs GBP 39 to check in after 23:30 (these additional costs do not apply to bookings made after 19:00 on the same day). Please note late check out are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested by 9:00am on the check out date and are subject to approval by the property. Late check out between 10:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 15 per hour. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of 35 GBP per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival. "Disgrace,false advertising and no real communication!"

Leaving after one night!

I booked and paid for a wonderful ground floor apartment,as one guest was an 81 year old lady on crutches. With outdoor space and a bathroom on one level. When we got out of taxi with our luggage,we were presented with rubble instead of a front garden(Springfield road garden apartment)and not a welcoming sight. We tried to get into the apartment with no joy. I tried to ring the phone number but no answer,so did the whatsapp message to ask for entry,onky to be told they had a problem with accommodation. They said they had tried to get in touch with me(I checked,no messages or missed calls)and here is an address with new digs. I was out in the cold an hour sorting this out and had to send old lady on crutches tonearest pub to keep warm. It was old years night,so everywhere was booked,and cold. We paid for an Uber(they said they would re-emburse)arrived at a nice building not far from promenade. Gained entry only to see a very old very steep staircase. It was 3 rooms with numbers lock. Toilet was on landing. Room 8 was 2 bunkbeds with 1 flimsy quilt and pillow. Room 10 we could not gain entry no matter what we tried,so room 9 which opened,contained 4 beds,so we just shared thst room! My elderley friend was in agony,and also she could not go out for a cigarette for fear of falling down the stairs(has nightmares now) and I have a disability too,so dragging the luggage(3 trips) up and down those 52 steps was debilitating. I was booked with this company(V hotels I believe) for 3 nights and paid a decent amount of money for it,but managed to get booked in the next morning to an amaxing,vlean,beautiful,modern ground floor apartment for the remainder of our stay. Needless to say,Im going for a refund of what I had to psy out,or compensation. If I have to take this further,I will!

Possibly one of the most unpleasant, rude and awkward women I’ve ever dealt with Refused to issue key code despite out completing every hurdle she threw at us We couldn’t gain entry despite FOUR HOURS of WhatsApp messaging Basically WE WERE SCAMMED she still has our money and all the extra charges she took from us

The host was a scammer

We had a very poor experience with this accommodation. I had arranged early check-in for 1pm in advance, and the host confirmed in writing that this was fine and that payment could be made on arrival. When we arrived, the host refused to honour this, claiming it needed to be prepaid (something never mentioned before), and then ignored us for 3 hours. We finally received the check-in code after 4pm — even though the listing itself stated check-in was from 3pm. This completely disrupted our plans as we were in Brighton for a wedding and had specifically arranged early access. The lack of communication and customer service was shocking — being ignored after providing proof of our agreement was unacceptable. If you’re considering booking, be aware that the host does not keep to their agreements and customer service is very poor.

"Worst place ever,"

Nothing, i walked in and walked out! Rooms were filthy, dirty beds, wet dirty towels thrown on cupboard top, loads of dirty dishes in sink,smelt of damp and wet dog! Wouldnt put a stray cat in there,was absolutely disgusting

Everything! The fact they want a picture of document uploaded and a hidden fee thats not said before giving you code to get in apartmemt is shocking, then once got access the apartment was filthy and disgusting, felt like a homeless shelter and would have been cleaner stopping in the streets! Didnt even stay here, drove 6hours to get there and turned round drove 6hours home instead was disgusting
