Lovely views, stunning Apartment and would recommend it to friends and family.

Location was good & each room had its own bath/shower room

On entering apt we noticed the carpet was grubby, with dirty marks & stains not like last time we stayed here. The kitchen mixer tap leaked pretty bad when water was turned on, this was reported but nothing got done about it whilst we were there. Radiator in lounge not working but I think the heating system had something wrong as there was extra plug in hearers in every room.

Location was great but apartment was poor in so many ways

Check in was difficult. The apartment was not very clean. The standing lamp was tilting and the shade was dented. There was only 1 wine glass and 2 teaspoons. The toaster was very dirty. The fridge was also dirty. There was mould in the bathroom, 1 toilet roll only per room! and so on and so on. And we had to pay for parking which was extremely inconvenient. Not good at all

Nice renovation. Well kitted out. Great location

Bedrooms felt a little damp due to being in basement. Bathroom needs a bit of attention with the mould in the shower. Found a pair of dried contact lenses on bedside table in main bedroom. We left them there.

Key holder was difficult to get into

I was dubious about booking having read the reviews. I thought the place was great, carpets were a little stained but looked to have recently been well cleaned, not smelly, sofa fine, no mould. It is a great find and I’ll be back Everything you need in a place even down to sugar fir my cuppa 👍🏼

The only criticism is that there aren’t enough pillows 1 each is not enough!! Could do with 3pm check in Everything else just brilliant, everything you want in holiday flat

Location!

After a day out in whitby we returned to the apartment to discover the main key to the building had been removed from the key safe , the out of hours service was ridiculous as it was someone abroad !!! Had to get another residents attention to let us into main building then my husband knocked on other residents doors to track down the key to return to main key safe . There should be someone more local for Emergencies!! Dred to think what we'd have done if was late at night as I say we had no joy from out of hours service, each apartment should have a key to the main door. Spoiled our Saturday night as missed our restaurant reservation Wouldn't stay at the accommodation again.

The location was absolutely perfect. Sea views and walking distance into the main part of town with so much going on. The kitchen was stunning with everything and more you needed. Large fridge, dishwasher, even coffee machine. The rooms were all clean and well decorated.

We arrived at the property to find the sofa leg was broken off. We contacted the owner and was told to leave the key in the key safe in the main corridor so they could arrange for it to be repaired but this didnt happen so for the whole stay we didn’t have a sofa. Not ideal when you’ve been exploring all day and just wanted to relax in the evening with only 2 chairs to sit on as a family of 4. The carpet could do with a clean aswel as we have young children.
