Host & Stay - Beach View

Good apts in good location, good view over the sea. has everything required Paintwork could do with a tidy in a couple of places but nothing major.Would stay again.

Great location good amenities very comfortable and warm

Convenient location for the pavilion and easy to find. The beds are very soft. Pillows and linen were comfortable. Nice view from sitting room. Well equipped kitchen.

Cleaning standards were ok, I had to wash some glasses and cutlery before using. Black mould in the shower and dirty floor in the shower room. Needs to provide mat for exiting shower so the floor doesn’t get so wet. I was most disappointed with the customer service. We asked if we could check in 1 hour early as my partner had an online meeting he had to attend. Most places have a 3pm check in, but here it’s 4pm. Sent a request but was told we’d have to pay £30! And given a very rude, sarcastic response. It was very unprofessional.

The apartment was just as described, clean, well appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. It is the best accommodation we have stayed in in Whitby, and we have been coming for many years. The location and sea views were fantastic, the beds were comfy, the lounge, kitchen , diner were very spacious despite there being 4 of us, the apartment was warm even though it was December. The showers were great with plenty of hot water, lovely bedding and towels, and plenty of kitchen crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. The huge TV was great with plenty of channels, and WiFi excellent. As we were 2 couples it was great to have 2 bathrooms, this apartment would definitely be my first choice for our next visit, we could not find fault with any of it. This apartment more than met our expectations.

There was nothing we didn't like. This is a fantastic apartment and Host & Stay customer service were excellent.

The en-suite was lovely and the flat was comfortable and well appointed and the views out the windows were spectacular.

There was no floor towel in the en-suite so we ended up using a hand towel. In addition, the sofa lounger in the main bedroom was missing a leg and almost tipped over when my husband sat down. Finally, the blind pulls in the lounge were so high we had to climb up on the window sills to open and close them.

The property was very clean and tidy and was in the perfect location, the views from the living room where amazing.

There was nothing I cannot say I didn’t like about it at all.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment in general, just little things like hairs on the sofa and crumbs on the table. Had to wash some of the glasses and cutlery before we used them. The blinds were greasy and full of dust. this didn’t spoil our holiday at all, but we were very disappointed

Location was really good.

Property was very dirty when we arrived. I had to hoover the whole place as the carpets were covered in bits. Also the windowsills and tables looked like they had t been cleaned too
