The Studio @ 93 Bernard Rd

Appartamento molto carino, situato nella zona residenziale di Brighton. Ampio, luminoso, le istruzioni per il check in sono state fornite in maniera molto dettagliata dal proprietario (che si è adoperato molto per permettere di fare il check in fuori orario preparando l'appartamento con 3 ore di anticipo), i permessi per il parcheggio sono stati lasciati all'interno in modo molto comodo e intuitivo.

Sarebbe carino aggiungere un piccolo angolo cottura. Molto scomoda la posizione delle prese, totalmente assenti nel bagno.

De studio is heel schoon, heerlijk bed en fijne badkamer en we konden onze fietsen droog in het gangetje zetten.

Voor langer verblijf misten we wat kastruimte en we hadden verwacht dat we de verhuurder wel even zouden zien bij aankomst masr we hebben hem hele verblijf niet gezien.

The location was nice and quiet. It was Easy to walk to places and we really renjoyed our stay.

Ease of check in, helpful hosts, high quality furnishings, parking, quiet surroundings.

Perfect size for me, probably good for a couple too. Lovely decor, bright, clean, fun. Loved the fact it has a bath rather than just a shower. All you need for a base in Brighton.

Only thing that stopped me saying 10/10 was the windows on the bathroom and main door. They have no cover on and although the glass isn’t clear it still felt a little lacking in privacy when using the bathroom, especially if I wanted the window open. Nothing else to dislike, lovely place.

Great place to stay in this fantastic city!

Although we did not see or speak to the owners at all they made it very clear that we could contact them for any info needed. The facilities were great with things like shower gels, vacuum, cups and tea and coffee etc. We felt very looked after! The guest information was really informative, offering recommendations and taxi details etc.
